working height
No scaffolding. No lifts. No compromise.
Scaffolding a high-rise can cost as much as the paint job itself — and it blocks windows, balconies and entrances for weeks. Our certified rope access technicians abseil from the roof down, reaching every surface quickly and safely.
Lower total project cost
No scaffold hire, erection or removal — savings go straight back into your budget.
Faster mobilisation
We can be on the building in days, not weeks, and work around your timeline.
Minimal disruption
Residents, tenants and customers keep their views, access and daily routines.
Specialist painting for difficult buildings
From 20-storey apartment blocks to tight inner-city facades, we handle the projects conventional painters turn down.

Rope access painting questions
Is rope access painting safe?
Yes. Our technicians are trained and certified for rope access work, use dual-rope systems with independent backup lines, and operate under a site-specific safety plan. We are fully licensed and insured for work up to 50 metres.
Is rope access cheaper than scaffolding?
On most multi-storey buildings, yes. Removing scaffold hire, erection and dismantling typically reduces the overall project cost significantly, and the job is usually completed faster.
Will residents or tenants be disrupted?
Far less than with scaffolding. Windows, balconies and entrances stay clear, and we give advance notice of which drops we will be working on each day.
What types of buildings do you paint?
Apartment towers, body corporate complexes, commercial offices, retail and mixed-use buildings, schools, industrial structures and any facade that is difficult to reach by conventional means.
Which areas do you cover?
We work across the Auckland region, including the CBD, North Shore, East Auckland, South Auckland and West Auckland.
How do I get a quote?
Request a site quote online or call us. We will visit the building, assess access and surfaces, and provide a detailed fixed-price quote.
